Adding details though working process – free.

Changing colors if it is possible – free.

Simple Background – free.

Complex backgroung – plus 50% of original price (If the background takes up more space than the character, then 100%).

The price may vary depending on the complexity of the work.

I`m not a native English speaker.

I also have unstable work hours so please be patient with me and ask me in advance if I am taking commissions.

My time zone is GMT+2 or +3.

I propose only digital art. Physical shipping is not concerned.

I leave the right for myself to refuse to work for any reason.

I have a shared copyright of the art that I draw for you, that means I have the right to post it in my portfolio and use it however I want.

You can use my work in your portfolio without watermarks and referring to me if you are the buyer/customer

I do not accept stealing my art/design/characters; selling sold adopts if you are not an owner; Posting my art on other social medias without referring to me if you are NOT a customer or buyer of the work

Pretending to be me and fraud people.

For the violation I ban users and show publicly the nicknames list of such unscrupulous people to warn others.

Payments via Paypal invoice only (Ask me about Payoneer and Patreon).

Cryptocurrency is not accepted as payment

I take full prepayment; OR 50% before the start of the order and 50% at the halfway point; OR prepayment for each item separately.

Payment due date is usually 2 days after discussing the details.

I will not start working or put you on my trello before receiving the full payment.

No refund full amount

BUT You can ask for the full refund if I have not started the work in 2 weeks (Unless we have agreed on a different term) after the full payment was made

OR I refuse to end the work fully. In that case, we are discussing the details whether you are okay with such option and if I started the work, I will refund you the sum concerning how much work I have made.

Also if you are canceling the commission I will refund you the sum concerning how much work I have made.

It usually takes me 1-2 week to finish the piece quickly if I am not loaded with real life problems.

The maximum deadline is 2 months (happens for the 3-5 slots).

I draw in order of priority

If any problems or delays occur, I always tell my customer. I also show every update on the work. You can ask me for any update if you want to.

If I`m being silent, there are usually few reasons why - there is nothing new I can show you (meaning I haven't worked on your piece) or I'm being away and can't respond.

If I have not started the work during this period you can ask for the full refund.

When returning the payment, the commission is paid by you due to the inconvenience caused (except in cases where it is my fault).
